เมื่อวันที่ 5 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ณ คณะรัฐศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี ดร.ศิริพร จันทนสกุลวงศ์ คณบดีคณะรัฐศาสตร์ พร้อมด้วย ดร.ศิริสุดา แสนอิว ผู้ช่วยคณบดีฝ่ายยุทธศาสตร์ ให้การต้อนรับ Mr. Soumyajit Mukherjee นักศึกษาจากหลักสูตร Sustainable Development and Management จาก Nalanda University สาธารณรัฐอินเดีย ในโอกาสเดินทางมาเข้าร่วมโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษา ณ คณะรัฐศาสตร์ เป็นระยะเวลา 1 เดือน (ระหว่างวันที่ 3 – 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569) โดยทำงานวิจัยชื่อ The Comparative Analysis of Green Hydrogen Strategies in India and Thailand: Visual Policy Mapping for Regional Cooperation

โครงการแลกเปลี่ยนในครั้งนี้ เป็นการดำเนินงานที่สืบเนื่องจากการลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ (MOU) ว่าด้วยความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี และมหาวิทยาลัยนาลันทา(Nalanda University) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาด้านการเรียนการสอน การวิจัย และการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ระหว่างสองสถาบัน

การต้อนรับในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการผลักดันเจตนารมณ์ความร่วมมือให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์ที่เป็นรูปธรรม และเป็นสะพานเชื่อมความสัมพันธ์พหุวัฒนธรรมอันดีระหว่างทั้งสองประเทศ

On February 5, 2026, at the Faculty of Political Science, Ubon Ratchathani University, Dr.Siriporn Jantanasakulwong, Dean of the Faculty of Political Science, alongside Dr.Sirisuda Sanew, Assistant Dean for Strategy, officially welcomed Mr. Soumyajit Mukherjee, a student from the Sustainable Development and Management program at Nalanda University, Republic of India. Mr. Mukherjee is visiting the Faculty to participate in a one-month student exchange program, scheduled from February 3 to 28, 2026. His research focuses on The Comparative Analysis of Green Hydrogen Strategies in India and Thailand: Visual Policy Mapping for Regional Cooperation.

This exchange program is a direct result of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for academic cooperation between Ubon Ratchathani University and Nalanda University. The primary objectives are to enhance teaching and learning development, foster collaborative research, and promote the exchange of knowledge between the two institutions.

This welcoming occasion marks a significant milestone in translating the spirit of academic cooperation into tangible results. Furthermore, it serves as a bridge to strengthen multicultural relations between the two nations.
