ดร ธนเชษฐ วิสัยจร รักษาการหัวหน้าภาควิชาการเมืองและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ คณะรัฐศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี ได้เข้าร่วมการประชุมไตรภาคีว่าด้วยการขับเคลื่อนผลการประชุม Fuxian ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 10–11 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ณ กรุงปักกิ่ง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน โดยการประชุมครั้งนี้รวบรวมนักวิชาการและผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากประเทศไทย จีน และกัมพูชา เพื่อหารือแนวทางในการผลักดันผลลัพธ์ของการประชุม Fuxian ไปสู่การปฏิบัติ โดยเฉพาะในบริบทของเหตุการณ์ปะทะทางทหารบริเวณชายแดนที่เกิดขึ้นในปี 2568

ในช่วงการประชุมใหญ่ ดร ธนเชษฐ ได้นำเสนอเป็นเวลา 6 นาที โดยสะท้อนเสียงและประสบการณ์ชีวิตของประชาชนในพื้นที่ชายแดนที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเหตุการณ์ปะทะในเดือนกรกฎาคมและธันวาคม พร้อมทั้งเน้นย้ำว่ามุมมองของประชาชนในพื้นที่ควรถูกบูรณาการเข้าไปในกลไกทางการทูตและความมั่นคง เพื่อให้เกิดสันติภาพที่ยั่งยืน

ในช่วงบ่าย ได้เข้าร่วมการประชุมกลุ่มย่อยในประเด็นกรอบกฎหมาย ปัญหาเขตแดน และการบังคับใช้สนธิสัญญา ซึ่งมีการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นอย่างสร้างสรรค์เกี่ยวกับมาตรการสร้างความไว้วางใจและแนวทางปฏิบัติที่เป็นรูปธรรม

การประชุมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นโดย China Foreign Affairs University ซึ่งเป็นเวทีสำคัญในการส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิชาการอย่างเปิดกว้างในประเด็นที่มีความละเอียดอ่อนและมีความสำคัญต่อภูมิภาค

Dr Thanachate Wisaijorn, Acting Head of Politics and International Relations Department, Faculty of Political Science, Ubon Ratchathani University participated in the Tripartite Dialogue on the Implementation of the Fuxian Meeting, held on 10–11 February 2026 in Beijing, China. The dialogue brought together scholars and experts from Thailand, China, and Cambodia to discuss pathways towards implementing the outcomes of the Fuxian Meeting, particularly in light of the border military clashes that occurred in 2025.

During the plenary session, Dr Thanachate delivered a six-minute intervention presenting the voices and lived experiences of border communities affected by the clashes in July and December. He emphasised that local perspectives should be incorporated into diplomatic and security mechanisms if sustainable peace is to be achieved.

In the afternoon, he joined the mini-session on legal frameworks, boundary questions, and treaty implementation. The session engaged participants in constructive discussions on confidence-building measures and practical steps forward.

The dialogue was hosted by China Foreign Affairs University, which provided an important platform for open scholarly exchange on this sensitive yet crucial regional issue.
