คณะรัฐศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี เข้าร่วมหารือสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการกับ Fudan University สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน

เมื่อวันที่ 15 มิถุนายน 2569 ดร.ศิริพร จันทนสกุลวงศ์ คณบดีคณะรัฐศาสตร์ ดร.วรุตม์ อิงคถาวรวงศ์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายบริหารและพัฒนาองค์การ และ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ปฐวี โชติอนันต์ ได้เข้าร่วมเป็นเกียรติในพิธีลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจทางวิชาการ (MOU) ระหว่าง Fudan University สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน และ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น พร้อมทั้งเข้าร่วมหารือแนวทางการพัฒนาความร่วมมือทางวิชาการเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาและสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษา

การหารือครั้งนี้ครอบคลุมประเด็นสำคัญในหลายด้าน อาทิ การแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษา การพัฒนาอาจารย์ผ่านหลักสูตรระยะสั้น การศึกษาดูงาน ตลอดจนการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านการเรียนการสอนและการวิจัยในอนาคต โดยมีผู้แทนจากมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น และ Institute for Global Public Policy (IGPP) นำโดย Professor Yijia Jing คณบดี IGPP พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์ รวมถึงผู้แทนจาก School of International Relations and Public Affairs นำโดย Professor Ping Zhang รองคณบดีและผู้อำนวยการ Public Budgeting Research Center เข้าร่วมหารือ

การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้นับเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญของคณะรัฐศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี ในการแสวงหาโอกาสสร้างความร่วมมือกับสถาบันการศึกษาชั้นนำระดับนานาชาติ เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักศึกษา คณาจารย์ และบุคลากร ตลอดจนขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและการวิจัยในระดับสากลอย่างยั่งยืน 

ทั้งนี้ นักศึกษาคณะรัฐศาสตร์ จำนวน 2 คน จะเข้าร่วมโครงการ “Global Public Policy” Fudan International Summer School 2026 ณ Fudan University สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน ระหว่างวันที่ 6 กรกฎาคม – 1 สิงหาคม 2569 ซึ่งนับเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญในการเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้พัฒนาศักยภาพและแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ในบริบทนานาชาติ

Faculty of Political Science, Ubon Ratchathani University Participates in Discussions to Foster Academic Collaboration with Fudan University, People’s Republic of China

On 15 June 2026, Dr. Siriporn Jantanasakulwong, Dean of the Faculty of Political Science, Dr. Warut Ingkhathawornwong, Deputy Dean for Administration and Organizational Development, and Assistant Professor Pathawee Chotanan, attended the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony between Fudan University, People’s Republic of China, and Khon Kaen University. They also participated in discussions on advancing academic collaboration to enhance educational quality and strengthen institutional partnerships among higher education institutions.

The discussions focused on key areas of cooperation, including student exchange programmes, faculty development through short-term training courses, academic study visits, and the promotion of future collaboration in teaching and research. The meeting brought together representatives from Khon Kaen University and the Institute for Global Public Policy (IGPP), led by Professor Yijia Jing, Dean of IGPP, along with the institute’s executive team and faculty members. Representatives from the School of International Relations and Public Affairs also joined the discussions, led by Professor Ping Zhang, Vice Dean and Director of the Public Budgeting Research Center

Participation in this event marks another significant milestone for the Faculty of Political Science, Ubon Ratchathani University, in pursuing opportunities to establish partnerships with leading international institutions. Such efforts aim to enhance the capabilities of students, faculty members, and staff while expanding sustainable global networks for academic and research collaboration. 

Furthermore, two students from the Faculty of Political Science will participate in the Global Public Policy Fudan International Summer School 2026 at Fudan University, People’s Republic of China, from July 6th to August 1st, 2026. Their participation represents another important step in providing students with opportunities to develop their potential and gain valuable international learning and cross-cultural experiences.
