ยกระดับความร่วมมือสู่สากล! ม.อุบลฯ จับมือ Universitas Andalas (UNAND) ประเทศอินโดนีเซีย ลงนาม MoU ร่วมขับเคลื่อนการศึกษา วิจัย และนวัตกรรม

เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 16 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2569 เวลา 10.09 น. (ตามเวลาท้องถิ่น) มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี โดย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชุตินันท์ ประสิทธิ์ภูริปรีชา อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี ได้มอบหมายให้ ดร.ศิริพร จันทนสกุลวงศ์ คณบดีคณะรัฐศาสตร์ เดินทางเข้าร่วมพิธีลงนามในบันทึกความเข้าใจ (Memorandum of Understanding – MoU) ระหว่าง มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี (UBU) และ Universitas Andalas (UNAND) ประเทศอินโดนีเซีย ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 4 สำนักงานอธิการบดี Universitas Andalas เมืองปาดัง รัฐสุมาตราตะวันตก

ในการนี้ คณะผู้บริหารของ UNAND นำโดย Professor Dr. Henmaidi , S.T., M.Eng.Sc. , Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation, and Information Systems. พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์ ให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้แทนจากคณะรัฐศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี อย่างอบอุ่นและสมเกียรติ

การลงนามใน MoU ฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาความร่วมมือทางวิชาการบนพื้นฐานของความเท่าเทียมและผลประโยชน์ร่วมกัน โดยมุ่งเน้นใน 5 มิติสำคัญ ได้แก่

1️⃣ ด้านการศึกษา (Education): การแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ พัฒนาหลักสูตร และนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง (Outcome-Based Learning)

2️⃣ ด้านบุคลากรสายวิชาการ (Academic Staff): ส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนอาจารย์และนักวิชาการ เพื่อร่วมมือด้านการสอนและการวิจัย

3️⃣ ด้านการวิจัยและนวัตกรรม (Research and Innovation): ผสานความร่วมมือในโครงการวิจัยในสาขาที่ทั้งสองมหาวิทยาลัยมีความสนใจร่วมกัน

4️⃣ ด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนทางวิชาการและวัฒนธรรม (Academic & Cultural Interchange): การจัดประชุมวิชาการ สัมมนา และแลกเปลี่ยนสิ่งพิมพ์ทางวิชาการร่วมกัน

5️⃣ ด้านกิจกรรมนักศึกษา (Student Programme): เปิดโอกาสในโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษา โครงการเทียบโอนหน่วยกิต และหลักสูตรสองปริญญา (Twinning Program)

ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้นับเป็นก้าวสำคัญของมหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี ในการขยายเครือข่ายพันธมิตรนานาชาติ เพื่อขับเคลื่อนศักยภาพทางการศึกษาและการวิจัยในระดับภูมิภาคอาเซียนอย่างยั่งยืนอนาคต

Strengthening Global Partnerships! Ubon Ratchathani University (UBU) Signs MoU with Universitas Andalas (UNAND), Indonesia, to Drive Excellence in Education, Research, and Innovation.

On Thursday, 16 July 2026, at 10:09 AM (local time), Ubon Ratchathani University (UBU), led by Associate Professor Dr. Chutinun Prasitpuriprecha, President of Ubon Ratchathani University, designated Dr. Siriporn Jantanasakulwong, Dean of the Faculty of Political Science, to officially attend the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between Ubon Ratchathani University (UBU), Thailand and Universitas Andalas (UNAND), Indonesia. The ceremony took place at the 4th Floor Meeting Room, Rectorate Building, Universitas Andalas in Padang, West Sumatra.

On this auspicious occasion, the UBU delegation received a warm and gracious welcome from Professor Dr. Henmaidi , S.T., M.Eng.Sc. , Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation, and Information Systems of UNAND, alongside distinguished faculty members.

This landmark agreement aims to cultivate academic collaboration based on mutual equality and reciprocity. The partnership will focus on five key strategic areas

1️⃣ Education: Sharing knowledge and innovative methodologies, with an emphasis on student-centred, outcome-based learning and curriculum development.

2️⃣ Academic Staff: Encouraging the exchange of visiting scholars for joint teaching and research collaborations.

3️⃣ Research and Innovation: Enhancing joint research initiatives in areas of mutual academic interest.

4️⃣ Academic and Cultural Interchange: Facilitating the exchange of research materials, publications, and co-hosting international conferences and symposia.

5️⃣ Student Programmes: Creating pathways for student exchanges, credit transfer programs, and twinning programmes.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone for UBU in broadening its international network, fostering academic synergy, and empowering sustainable regional development within ASEAN.
