คณะรัฐศาสตร์ ม.อุบลฯ เข้าเยี่ยม ร่วมรับฟังการบรรยายและสัมมนาเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองทางวิชาการในหัวข้อ Public Service Modernization กับ SIRPA Fudan University

เมื่อวันที่ 10 กันยายน 2569 ดร.ศิริพร จันทนสกุลวงศ์ คณบดีคณะรัฐศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์ภาควิชารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ คณะรัฐศาสตร์ เข้าพบคณาจารย์จาก School of International Relations and Public Affairs (SIRPA) Fudan University โดยมีศาสตราจารย์ Zhang Ping รองคณบดี ให้การต้อนรับ และแนะนำการดำเนินการของสถาบัน ตลอดจนความสนใจทางวิชาการ ที่อาจพัฒนาเป็นความร่วมมือระหว่างสองสถาบันในอนาคต

ในโอกาสเดียวกันนี้ ผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์ได้ร่วมร่วมรับฟังการบรรยายและสัมมนาทางวิชาการในหัวข้อ “Public Service Modernization” กับ คณาจารย์ของ SIRPA ได้แก่ 

    รองศาสตราจารย์ Zhou Lingyi ในหัวข้อ “Breaking Administrative Boundaries: Technology, Institutions, and Inter-Local Public Service Delivery in China” 

     รองศาสตราจารย์ Zheng Bingdao ในหัวข้อ “Modernizing Public Services in China: The Logic and Politics of Welfare Expansion” 

ทั้งนี้คณาจารย์จากทั้งสองสถาบันได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิดและข้อสังเกตเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาบริการสาธารณะให้ทันสมัย ทั้งในประเด็นบทบาทของเทคโนโลยี การจัดโครงสร้างเชิงสถาบัน ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหน่วยการปกครองในการจัดบริการสาธารณะ และการจัดสวัสดิการของรัฐ 

การพบปะครั้งนี้เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ทางวิชาการกับ SIRPA ซึ่งคณะรัฐศาสตร์มุ่งมั่นในการเสริมสร้างโอกาสในการเรียนรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์สำหรับนักศึกษาและคณาจารย์ ตลอดจนการต่อยอดงานด้านการเรียนการสอนและการวิจัยร่วมกันในอนาคตเพื่อผลักดันสู่การเป็นองค์การที่มุ่งสร้างการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน

Faculty of Political Science, Ubon Ratchathani University, Visits SIRPA, Fudan University, for Academic Exchange on Public Service Modernization

On 10 September 2026, Dr. Siriporn Jantanasakulwong, Dean of the Faculty of Political Science at Ubon Ratchathani University, together with faculty executives and academic staff from Department of Public Administration, visited the School of International Relations and Public Affairs (SIRPA) at Fudan University. The delegation was welcomed by Professor Zhang Ping, Vice Dean, who introduced the School’s work and academic interests. The meeting also provided an opportunity to explore areas of shared interest that could lead to future collaboration between the two institutions.

During the visit, the delegation attended lectures and took part in an academic seminar on “Public Service Modernization,” featuring presentations by SIRPA faculty members:

     • Associate Professor Zhou Lingyi on “Breaking Administrative Boundaries: Technology, Institutions, and Inter-Local Public Service Delivery in China”

     • Associate Professor Zheng Bingdao on “Modernizing Public Services in China: The Logic and Politics of Welfare Expansion”

Faculty members from both institutions shared ideas and observations on modernizing public services. Discussions covered the role of technology, institutional structures, relationships between levels and units of government in public service delivery, and the provision of state welfare.

This visit marked the beginning of an academic relationship with SIRPA. The Faculty of Political Science is committed to creating more opportunities for students and faculty members to learn and exchange experiences, and to building on these connections through future collaboration in teaching and research. These efforts support the Faculty’s aspiration to become an institution that actively contributes to sustainable development.
