ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร ปิยณัฐ สร้อยคำ อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาการปกครอง คณะรัฐศาสตร์ และผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ศึกษาอินเดียแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานึ ได้รับเชิญจากกระทรวงการต่างประเทศเพื่อร่วมเป็นวิทยากรในงานเสวนาวิชาการ หัวข้อ "อินเดีย: จากวรรณะ ...สู่วันนี้" ในโอกาสครบรอบ 150 ปี ของการสถาปนากระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้รับเกียรติจาก นางสาวศศิริทธิ์ ตันกุลรัตน์ อธิบดีกรมเอเชียใต้ตะวันออกกลางและแอฟริกา กล่าวต้อนรับและกล่าวเปิดงาน มีผู้ร่วมงานทั้งนักการทูต นักวิชาการ ภาครัฐ และเอกชนกว่า 120 คนเข้าร่วมงาน เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 20 พฤษภาคม 2568 เวลา 10.00 - 12.00 น. ณ ห้องนราธิป กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ (ถนนศรีอยุธยา)

Asst. Prof. Dr Piyanat Soikham, a lecturer from the Department of Government, Faculty of Political Science, and Director of the India Studies Centre, Ubon Ratchathani University, was invited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to speak at an academic seminar titled “From the Days of Caste to the Current Days of Change”, held to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Ministry’s establishment. The event was graced by Ms Sasirit Tangulrat, Director-General of the Department of South Asia, Middle East and Africa, who delivered the welcome and opening remarks. More than 120 participants—including diplomats, scholars, and representatives from the public and private sectors—attended the seminar on Tuesday, 20 May 2025, from 10:00 to 12:00, at the Narathip Room, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sri Ayutthaya Road, Bangkok.
