🌟การเยี่ยมชมหอพิพิธภัณฑ์มูนเชื้อแห่งชัยชนะ และสำรวจแนวระเบียงเศรษฐกิจตะวันออก-ตะวันตก (EWEC-R9)

📍เมื่อวันที่ 27 พฤษภาคม 2568 ดร.ศิริพร จันทนสกุลวงศ์ คณบดีคณะรัฐศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ ได้เดินทางเยี่ยมชมหอพิพิธภัณฑ์มูนเชื้อแห่งชัยชนะ บ้านดง เมืองเซโปน แขวงสะหวันนะเขต สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว และได้ลงพื้นที่ศึกษาแนวระเบียงเศรษฐกิจตะวันออก-ตะวันตก (EWEC-R9) จนถึงชายแดนลาว-เวียดนาม ณ ด่านแดนสะหวัน-ลาวบาว (Dansavan – Lao Bảo Border Checkpoint)

🔥หอพิพิธภัณฑ์มูนเชื้อแห่งชัยชนะ เป็นสถานที่สำคัญทางประวัติศาสตร์ที่จัดแสดงเรื่องราวการต่อสู้เพื่อเอกราช และการสร้างชาติของประชาชนลาว โดยเฉพาะในช่วงสงครามอินโดจีน การเยี่ยมชมครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาความเข้าใจเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับประวัติศาสตร์ร่วมสมัยของภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ และผลกระทบที่มีต่อการพัฒนาสังคมและการเมืองในปัจจุบัน

🔥ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจตะวันออก-ตะวันตก (East - West Economic Corridor: EWEC) เป็นโครงการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานการคมนาคมที่เชื่อมโยงประเทศไทย ลาว เวียดนาม และเมียนมาร์ โดยเส้นทาง R9 เป็นเส้นทางหลักที่เชื่อมโยงจากเมืองมุกดาหาร ผ่านสะหวันนะเขต จนถึงท่าเรือดานัง ประเทศเวียดนาม การศึกษาแนวเส้นทางนี้ช่วยให้เข้าใจพลวัตการค้าชายแดน การเชื่อมโยงทางเศรษฐกิจ และการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนในกรอบความร่วมมือ ACMECS (Ayeyawady-Chao Phraya-Mekong Economic Cooperation Strategy)

🤝การลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำหอพิพิธภัณฑ์มูนเชื้อแห่งชัยชนะให้ความรู้และบรรยายประกอบการศึกษา ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งต่อการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการวิจัยด้านรัฐศาสตร์ ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ และการศึกษาพื้นที่ลุ่มแม่น้ำโขงของคณะรัฐศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี

🌱Visit to the Museum of Lao - Vietnam Legacy of Joined Victory Battle on the Road 9 Area and Field Study of the East–West Economic Corridor (EWEC–R9)

On 27 May 2025, Dr Siriporn Jantanasakulwong, Dean of the Faculty of Political Science, Ubon Ratchathani University, led a delegation of administrative staff and Faculty members on a visit to the Museum of Lao-Vietnam Legacy of Joined Victory Battle on the Road 9 Area, located in Ban Dong, Sepon District, Savannakhet Province, Lao PDR. The visit formed part of a broader field study of the East–West Economic Corridor (EWEC–R9), extending to the Lao–Vietnamese border at the Dan Savanh – Lao Bảo Border Checkpoint.

The Museum of Lao-Vietnam Legacy of Joined Victory Battle on the Road 9 Area is a significant historical site that chronicles the joint struggle of the Lao and Vietnamese peoples for independence and nation-building, particularly during the Indochina Wars. The visit offered the team a deeper understanding of modern Southeast Asian history and its ongoing influence on contemporary socio-political developments.

The EWEC is a key regional infrastructure initiative aimed at strengthening connectivity among Thailand, Lao PDR, Vietnam and Myanmar. Route R9, a principal component of this corridor, links Mukdahan in Thailand with the port city of Da Nang in Vietnam, passing through Savannakhet. The study of this corridor provided valuable insights into the dynamics of cross-border trade, economic integration, and sustainable development within the framework of the ACMECS (Ayeyawady – Chao Phraya – Mekong Economic Cooperation Strategy).

The field visit was greatly enhanced by the informative guidance and historical interpretation provided by the museum’s staff. Their contribution significantly supported the Faculty’s mission in strengthening curriculum development and academic research in political science, International Relations, and Mekong subregional studies.
