คณะรัฐศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี ร่วมกับ สถาบันการต่างประเทศเทวะวงศ์วโรปการ ต้อนรับนักการทูตใหม่ กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ

[For English please scroll down] ระหว่างวันที่ 11–13 มิถุนายน 2568 คณะรัฐศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี ได้ร่วมกับ สถาบันการต่างประเทศเทวะวงศ์วโรปการ จัดกิจกรรมการบรรยายและมอบโจทย์การศึกษาเรียนรู้ ให้กับ นักการทูตแรกเข้าจำนวน 60 คน จากกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ภายใต้หลักสูตรนักการทูตแรกเข้า ประจำปี 2568 ณ โรงแรมยูเพลส มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี

🎙พิธีเปิดได้รับเกียรติจาก

ผศ.ดร.เกรียงศักดิ์ แก้วกุลชัย รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายบริหาร กล่าวต้อนรับ

พร้อมด้วย ดร.ศิริพร จันทนสกุลวงศ์ คณบดีคณะรัฐศาสตร์ ร่วมให้เกียรติในพิธี

📚ในกิจกรรม มีการบรรยายจากคณาจารย์และผู้เชี่ยวชาญของคณะรัฐศาสตร์ 3 หัวข้อสำคัญ ได้แก่:

🔹ภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ของจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี: ประตูสู่ประเทศเพื่อนบ้านและลุ่มน้ำโขงตอนล่าง

รัฐศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ ในปีการศึกษา 2569

เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ

เชื่อมโยงกับการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นและภูมิภาคลุ่มน้ำโขงอย่างยั่งยืน 🌏✨

📍 Faculty of Political Science, Ubon Ratchathani University Hosts Entry-Level Diplomats from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Between 11–13 June 2025, the Faculty of Political Science, Ubon Ratchathani University, in collaboration with the Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs, organised a learning programme and academic briefing for 60 entry-level diplomats from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand. The event took place at U-Place Hotel, Ubon Ratchathani University.

🎙 The opening session was presided over by

Assistant Professor Dr Griengsak Kaewkulchai, Vice President for Administration,

with the special presence of Dr Siriporn Jantanasakulwong, Dean of the Faculty of Political Science.

📚 The programme featured three academic lectures by experts in the field of International Relations and public policy:

🔹 Geopolitics of Ubon Ratchathani: A Gateway to Neighbouring Countries and the Lower Mekong Basin

and Assistant Professor Dr Chantha Thanawattanawong, Lecturer in Political Science

🔹 Diplomacy and Its Connection to Local and Borderland Development

by Dr Titipol Phakdeewanich, Director of the Regional Centre for Human Rights Study and Coordination,

and Dr Visara Kraiwattanapong, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Student Development

🔹 The Role of Local Stakeholders (Government, Local Authorities, Private Sector, and Communities) in Advancing Provincial Development Policies

📌 The Faculty of Political Science is also preparing to launch a new undergraduate programme: Bachelor of Political Science in International Relations, set to begin in the 2026 academic year.

The programme is designed to enhance students' understanding of global affairs, with a strong emphasis on local and regional development in the Mekong Subregion 🌏✨
