ดร.วรุตม์ อิงคถาวรวงศ์ อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ และรองคณบดีฝ่ายบริหารและพัฒนาองค์การ ได้เข้าร่วมประชุมและเป็นผู้เขียนบทความนำเสนอร่วมเรื่อง “The Price of Coup: Economic Statecraft and Democratic Backsliding in Thailand and Myanmar” ในการประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติด้านรัฐศาสตร์ “The 2025 World Congress of Political Science” ระหว่างวันที่ 12-16 กรกฎาคม 2568 ณ ศูนย์การประชุม COEX กรุงโซล สาธารณรัฐเกาหลี ภายใต้หัวข้อหลัก “Resisting Autocratization in Polarized Societies”

การประชุมครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นโดยความร่วมมือของสมาคมรัฐศาสตร์นานาชาติ (International Political Science Association: IPSA) สมาคมรัฐศาสตร์เกาหลี และเครือข่ายนักวิชาการจากทั่วภูมิภาคเอเชีย มีผู้เข้าร่วมกว่า 3,370 คนจาก 95 ประเทศทั่วโลก โดยมีผลงานวิชาการที่ถูกนำเสนอจำนวน 3,053 เรื่อง ใน 776 เวทีเสวนา

Dr. Warut Ingkhathawornwong, lecturer in the Department of Public Administration and Deputy Dean for Administration and Organizational Development, participated in and co-authored a paper entitled “The Price of Coup: Economic Statecraft and Democratic Backsliding in Thailand and Myanmar” presented at “The 2025 World Congress of Political Science”, held from July 12–16, 2025, at the COEX Convention Center in Seoul, Republic of Korea, under the central theme “Resisting Autocratization in Polarized Societies.”

This congress was organized through the collaboration of the International Political Science Association (IPSA), the Korean Political Science Association, and a network of scholars from across Asia. It was attended by over 3,370 participants from 95 countries worldwide, with a total of 3,053 academic presentations delivered across 776 panel sessions.
