คณะรัฐศาสตร์ ได้นำนักศึกษา คณาจารย์จากคณะรัฐศาสตร์ พร้อมนักเรียน โรงเรียนสตรีสิริเกศ ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่ง ของโครงการเรียนล่วงหน้าของคณะรัฐศาสตร์ เข้าศึกษาดูงานนวัตกรรมการบริการและนวัตกรรมการบริหารจัดการ ณ สถานกงสุลใหญ่ไทย แขวงสะหวันนะเขต
ในวันที่ 1 กันยายน 2568 หลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตรบัณฑิต (รป.บ.) ได้นำนักศึกษารายวิชาการจัดการระบบการบริการสาธารณะ วิชาโทนวัตกรรมการบริการสาธารณะ หลักสูตรรัฐประศาสนศาสตรบัณฑิต คณาจารย์จากคณะรัฐศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี พร้อมนักเรียนจากห้องเรียนนิติศาสตร์และรัฐศาสตร์ โรงเรียนสตรีสิริเกศ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ โครงการเรียนล่วงหน้าของคณะรัฐศาสตร์ เข้าศึกษาดูงานนวัตกรรมการบริการและนวัตกรรมการบริหารจัดการ ณ สถานกงสุลใหญ่ไทย แขวงสะหวันนะเขต
คณะรัฐศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้และเข้าใจความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศในทางปฏิบัติ การศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้ช่วยให้นักศึกษาได้รับประสบการณ์ตรงเกี่ยวกับการทำงานและนวัตกรรมการให้บริการของกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ โดยเฉพาะบทบาทของสถานกงสุลใหญ่ไทย ณ แขวงสะหวันนะเขต และการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ไทย–ลาว รวมถึงบริบทของการทูตไทยกับประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน ระหว่างการเยี่ยมชม กงสุลใหญ่และทีมงานได้บรรยายพิเศษเกี่ยวกับความสัมพันธ์ไทย–ลาว และเน้นบทบาทของไทยในการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ–สังคมใน สปป.ลาว ผ่านโครงการความช่วยเหลือและความร่วมมือหลายด้าน โดยเฉพาะในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ของ สปป.ลาว และตามแนวระเบียงเศรษฐกิจตะวันออกตะวันตก (East–West Economic Corridor หรือ EWEC) ของอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มน้ำโขง (Greater Mekong Subregion หรือ GMS) ซึ่งถือเป็นตัวอย่างของความร่วมมือที่ส่งเสริมผลประโยชน์ร่วมกันของทั้งสองประเทศ
On September 1, 2025, The Bachelor of Public Administration Program (B.P.A.) organized a study visit for students enrolled in the course "Public Service System Management (PSSM)," part of the Public Service Innovation minor, faculty members from the Faculty of Political Science, Ubon Ratchathani University, together with students from the Law and Political Science classroom at Satri Siriket School, Si Sa Ket Province—who are participants in the Faculty’s Pre-University Program—visited the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Savannakhet to study innovations in public service and administrative management.
Situated in Thailand’s strategic position within the Lower Mekong Basin, the Faculty of Political Science recognises the importance of providing students with opportunities to deepen their understanding of international relations in practice. This visit was designed to give students first-hand exposure to the work and the service innovation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, specifically the role of the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Savannakhet, and its contribution to strengthening Thai–Lao relations, particularly within the broader context of Thailand’s diplomacy with neighbouring countries. During the visit, the Consul-General and his team delivered insightful lectures on Thai–Lao relations and highlighted Thailand’s contributions to socio-economic development in Laos through foreign aid projects and collaborative initiatives, particularly in the southern regions of Laos and along the East–West Economic Corridor of the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS). These efforts were presented as examples of how both countries work together to promote their shared interests.
